Roof style anti-hail system (Italy)

In this installation near the city of Ravenna 7×8 concrete poles were used. The anti-hail cover is the roof-style system which has been widely used in Italian orchards for many years. In this structure a lower cross rope is used to which another rope is linked for supporting the net. The hail is discharged at the base of the roof, between the tree rows.
